To meet market high demand. RR Plast developed advanced technology of PP thin sheet line suitable for 0.1 to 1.5mm thickness. The line is equipped with an air knife for thinner sheets from 0.1 to 0.20 and for thick sheets from 0.20 to 1.5mm with roll touch technology.
PP single-layer co-extrusion, two-layer double side transparent, dull polish sheet (coarse & fine) two color sheet, 3D textured sheets used in stationery and decorative industry.
Features:
- Special design horizontal calendar unit
- Lower thick production up to 0.20 mm with an x-axis
- Up to 100 microns with air knife technology
- Embossed/design roll provided
- Corona treater for printing sheet application
- Shear cutter for accurate cut length/Winder also available
Application:
- Stationery application sheets like file covers, spiral binding covers, doctor files, envelope files, etc.
- Matt emboss white sheet to make boxes for garment packing with printed on top
- Clear cross-line sheet for gift packing, cloth packing boxes
- Sheet for poultry/agriculture application as well
