HVSSE Vented Sheet Extrusion Line
RR Plast develops high vacuum single screw extrusion (HVSSE) line for PLA/PBAT sheet. This line is equipped with a degassing system and no need for a dehumidifier unit.
PLA (Polylactic acid) is a thermoplastic monomer derived from renewable, organic sources such as corn starch or sugar cane.
PBAT – Poly(butylene adipate-co-terephthalate): It is generally marketed as a fully biodegradable alternative.
Due to single-use plastic getting banned, the demand for compostable/bio-degradable disposable material started increasing very high.
Application: Disposable cups, plates, and bowls.
