| R.R. Plast has got most modern office with well equipped Design and Development Department and one manufacturing unit at Andheri, Mumbai, and measuring 3000 sq. ft. area. Second unit is located at Asangaon, 80 km away from Mumbai on Nashik highway. The Asangaon factory has got land of 26000 sq. mt. with 6000 sq. mt. built up area of state-of-the-art technology factory. Inspection of individual parts are carried out in Mumbai store as well as at vendors site at manufacturing stage only. Final assembly and trials with testing are carried out at Asangaon to stringent standards before dispatch to the customer. |

| At Andheri unit R.R. Plast has got facilities for manufacturing Screw and Barrels with highly experienced personnel. Screw dia. up to 150 mm and length up to 5 mts. and with latest designs like Barrier type, Variable Pitch type, etc. are sculptured here. |
